The staff were genuinely accommodating .
I faced issues with the check-in process as the front desk clerk was rude and unhelpful. My room was dirty, with improper cleaning done. It was very disappointing when housekeeping walked right into my room without knocking, despite having the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door.

Wonderful and overall clean hotel, unbeatable and comfy location in a quite area. Best thing was the continental breakfast with waffles and good coffee, as for instance. Location next to Hilliard / Columbus, the Nationwide Arena and many restaurants. Had good service.

pleasant surprise after a long journey
The room was impeccably clean, with a very inviting scent. Plus, the breakfast was so good, with multiple choices, made mornings enjoyable. The enormous bathtub offered a soothing experience. Despite the hotel's location near busy roads, the soundproofing was excellent for a restful night's sleep.
The staff was friendly. The check-in process could be more efficient.
